摘要：

Because of the special mode of production and hard working environment, the construction enterprises are facing a serious problem of brain drain. This paper explores the application of EVA dividing rate method on construction projects, calculates the EVA of construction projects, uses role definition to determine the standard of EVA dividing rate and implements the "secondary distribution" of the project management.
