摘要：
Percutaneous tracheostomy can be safely performed at the bedside in patients with a prolonged need for mechanical ventilation. In patients with Covid-19, this procedure can be modified to minimize both aerosol generation and exposure to staff. Copyright © 2020 Massachusetts Medical Society.
