摘要：
Several point-of-care platelet function devices are available and may be used to assess the effect of antiplatelet drugs. With a view to streamlining the management of bleeding and transfusion, these tests might be a support for platelet transfusion. However, their current place to guide transfusion is still unclear and their routine use cannot be recommended. (C) 2016 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
