BANKING PUBLIC LAW UPDATE

Some of the issues of public banking law that have been published in the DOUE and the BOE during the months of November and December and the first days of 2021 are the reference to the ethics framework of the ECB and the staff of the Bank of Spain, with unacceptable judicial decisions in the domestic sphere. The lastest references to the legal framework of the bank resolution are also included. Something is said, finally, about the lastest references made to the European Investment Bank and in general to public investment banking, or green banking.
