摘要
E-commerce transaction was important to the new economy, and has become a basic modality of the world commerce. The traditional economics theories could explain the condition of e-commerce transaction, also could interpret the revenue distribution and the relationship between the supply and the demand. However, they could not depict the process of e-transaction or the transaction mechanism. The paper analyzed the transaction mechanism of electronic commerce in which the collision happened between sellers with goods and consumers with money. Through concluding the factors of impacting the transaction process, the paper discussed the effective and the condition of collision process of electronic commerce. And the condition concludes: both the buyer and seller have sufficient transaction desiring, and the factors of impacting transaction should match each other. Finally, some suggestions increasing the transaction volume and rate are proposed to electronic commerce companies, which is vital to EC Companies to understand the transaction rules and improve the effectiveness of EC transaction.
