The competitive environment of the late '90s requires more than excellent products. Today it is evermore important to have a fast and focused organization. In this contribution we therefore will try to answer the following questions: What characterizes a good organization? Which steps lead to this organization:, Why is this a big task? Which are the success factors and impediments?
