摘要：

While in agreement with a number of Tinsley's (2000) principles. we disagree on the two key aspects of lark of recognition of selection effects and inaccurate criticism of the circular structure tests. As a result, we question his conclusion about the invalidity of Holland's congruence hypothesis, we do agree with many of the recommendations for future research and briefly embellish on a few of these.
