摘要：

This study endeavors to comprehend the internationalization success of the plastics industry exporters using a logistic intermediary like international freight forwarders (IFF). This paper examines strategic considerations among Malaysian Plastic and Plastic Related Products Exporters (MPPRPE) decision makers when choosing an IFF. The conceptual model depicts the tie concerning factors affecting the selection of an IFF that is imperative for a firm's success in their international trade pathway. 108 organizations participated in this study. Four factors were used to measure the MPPRPE's internationalization success that includes reliability, services and pricing, information technology and business environment. These factors were analyzed and then organized in more presentable findings using SmartPLS. The information management factor was found to be the most significant for firm's internationalization success.
