摘要：

In the projects of coal mine gas control, effect assessment is very important and irreplaceable part which determines the conditions of regional outburst prevention and entering into the coal seam. In the paper, No. 714 working face of Qinan coal mine is taken as the example to discuss effect assessment method of gas pre-drainage measures in regional outburst prevention in depth. According to the results, software requirements analysis, functional design, database modeling and design of class structure are performed using. Net + SQL Server technology to achieve the development of the effect assessment software application in gas pre-drainage. Based on the characteristics of gas control technology, the software designed in wizard mode solves problems such as large computation, unreasonable assessment unit dividing, inaccurate conclusion, and simplifies application in effect assessment of gas pre-drainage projects.
