摘要
HTML-based tutorials provide a convenient method for delivering staff training. Six HTML-based tutorials are in use at The University of Toledo Libraries. These tutorials are based on software applications available on staff workstations. The tutorials were created due to multiple staff requests for assistance with particular software applications. A description of the tutorials is provided as well as an outline of the resources and steps used to create the tutorials. Advantages (including specific advantages for Systems Librarians) and disadvantages of using HTML-based tutorials are identified and suggestions are provided regarding their use.
