摘要
The aim of this work is to show how Large-Eddy Simulations (LES) perform in predicting turbulent swirling/non-swirling confined methane-air diffusion flames with oscillating velocity inflow conditions. For comparison, some results of non-reactive cases are also presented. Some features of the inflow parameters, in particular of frequency and amplitude and their influences on scalar and velocity fields are pointed out and analysed. Simulations are carried out combining the filtered Navier-Stokes equations, a filtered equation for the mixture fraction transport and a preintegrated chemistry table.
