摘要
(SiCp+Ti)/7075Al hybrid composites with added minor Ti particles were fabricated by squeeze casting. The novel feature for the fabricated composites is that their ductility is reserved while their strength is improved significantly compared with Ti particle-free composites. This may provide a new method fabricating composites with excellent mechanical properties. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
