摘要
We have investigated on underwater explosive forming and explosive welding. Until now, many experiments and numerical simulation have investigated. As our new target, study on a deformation of pipe made of metal material by underwater shock loading has been done. This phenomenon is often occurred. For example, metal pipe forming by underwater shock wave. This method is a forming method that pipe make forms to desired shape. An metal pipe set inside the metal die and the underwater shock wave is generated by explosive from one side the pipe. The underwater shock wave is propagated to another side and the pip is expanded to outer side. Finally, the metal pipe becomes the shape along the metal die. We are researching these mechanisms. This method can be applied to various metal pipe forming. It is necessary to investigate the behavior of the underwater shockwave that through the inside pipe.
