摘要：
This paper describes the WISKI Hydrological, Meteorological, and Environmental data management software package. In this paper are primarily concerned with hydrological data management. WISKI is a Microsoft Windows(TM) based client/server system that uses relational databases, and was designed in cooperation with water agency authorities, engineers and hydrologists. It combines the modem standards of data management with advanced tools to collect, edit, store, and present time series data to intranet, internet and GIS users.
