摘要：
Process modeling is very important for concurrent engineering. In this paper, a process model is proposed to support process modeling and improvement for product development. The model consists of two schemata: process description schema and process resource representation schema. Together, they describe processes, resources and their characteristics. This model has the advantage of a clear and integrated representation for management, control and process information.
