摘要：
The objective is to build a Constructivist Multi-Criteria Model of Performance Evaluation to support the decisions about Port Logistics, based on the Ports Infrastructure in the state of Santa Catarina. To do it so, the Multi-Criteria Decision Aiding-Constructivist (MCDA-C) methodology was used. With the results, it was possible to construct twelve performance indicators regarding the physical infrastructure and eight indicators regarding the infrastructure equipment. Among these indicators, eleven were in a compromising performance level. Thus, improvement actions were proposed in order to boost the unsatisfactory performance. Finally, the authors believe that the customized model for the assessment of the ports infrastructure of Santa Catarina will bring gains for the scientific community and professional benefits to the decider, assisting him in making his decisions regarding the choice of the most appropriate port, fulfilling the demand for each type of customer that seeks his advice.
