Analysis of genetic diversity between 16 Aquilegia species by AFLPs

摘要
Sixteen pairs of AFLP primers were used for the analysis of 16 Aquilegia species from North America and Asia.327 polymorphic bands were produced and the percentage of polymorphism fragements produced by each pair of AFLP primer was between 94.5% and 59.6%.These data indicated that considerable genetic variation existed among species at DNA level.Using UPGMA cluster analysis from AFLP data,molecular genetic distances and similarities among species were calculated,the Jaccard coefficient ranged from 0.17 to 0.62.
