Pulse Sequence for Nearly Single-Cycle Terahertz Pulse Generation in Aperiodically Poled Lithium Niobate

摘要
We show that high-power nearly single-cycle THz-pulse can be generated in aperiodically poled lithium niobate crystal pumped by pulse-position modulated sequence of femtosecond laser pulses. A closed form expression for the pulse shape is obtained. (c) 2019 The Author(s)
