摘要
With the great development of higher education and the deep reform of inner administration in colleges and universities, more large-scale recreational and sports activities are held in campus, then different kinds of occasional emergencies brings great challenges to colleges and universities' harmony and stabilization. Thus, we have to improve our work of university emergency management based on the characteristics of campus, which is densely populated. And according to the principle of 'the people-oriented, 'equaling prevention and emergency management' and 'combining education with management, we need strengthen the emergency management and establish emergency countermeasures management system.
