A new sub-equation method applied to obtain exact travelling wave solutions of some complex nonlinear equations

摘要
By using a new coupled Riccati equations, a direct algebraic method, which was applied to obtain exact travelling wave solutions of some complex nonlinear equations, is improved. And the exact travelling wave solutions of the complex KdV equation, Boussinesq equation and Klein-Gordon equation are investigated using the improved method. The method presented in this paper can also be applied to construct exact travelling wave solutions for other nonlinear complex equations. (C) 2009 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
