The new exact solutions of 2+1 dimensional Burgers equation with modifed Riccati methods

In this paper, we propose a new direct method to constructing exact solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations by using rational function expansion. The method not only unify the tanh-function method, extended tanh-function method and Jacobi elliptic function method, but also give more generic expression. The key point to the method is construct the proper ansatz solutions, and then reduce the original partial differential equations to some algebraic equations which may compute easily. As an application, we construct the new complexiton solutions of 2+1 dimensional Burgers equation.
