摘要：

To obtain better results following periradicular surgery, we have developed a Titanium-Inlay with SuperEBA cement as a sealer as a new root-end filling material, This was combined with an ultrasonic root-end preparation technique, The preliminary results suggest that the surgical method we adopted is simple and the results are predictable, The material and technique are presented in this article.
