A study on fenton oxidation/coagulation process for treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater

摘要
Treatment of 3 kinds of simulated wastewater containing different dyes and actual printing and dyeing wastewater by Fenton oxidation coagulation process was studied. The results showed that treatment of dye wastewater with complicated composition by Fenton oxidation coagulation process was very effective. The effect of Fenton oxidation coagulation process was greatly affected by pH value. The suitable pH value is 4-6. The suitable amount of Fe2+, 11202 and PAM depends on concentration of the pollutant. It should be determined by experiment before treatment of wastewater. The results of treatment of actual printing and dyeing wastewater were satisfied and the removal rates of CODcr and chromaticity were 84% and 95% respectively. It is good effect, low cost and simply operation to treat printing and dyeing wastewater by Fenton oxidation coagulation process. Therefore it is worth spreading.
