THE ENTREPRENEURIAL UNIVERSITY AND THE UNIVERSITY BUSINESS INCUBATOR

The innovations and the technological progress are forces that got the competition between the enterprises into moving and shaped the economical context. This is increasingly dominated by the factor knowledge. The heavily industrialized nations are often facing problems concerning the knowledge transfer as part of the triad University industry - state. This situation manifests itself on the level of the University, through the insufficiency of economical resources, as a result of the insufficient capitalization of the existing financial potential. The new approach that we propose is the promotion and development of Entrepreneurial Universities and their integration in a global network of University Business Incubators.
