摘要：
Through the research on low-pressure casting, combined with structure of aluminum alloy, this paper introduces the typical system design of low pressure casting process, including the designs of feeding system and exhaust system. The control techniques of the process parameters which include filling pressure, filling speed and temperature field are studied in the paper to ensure the stability of the quality of the products.
