摘要：
194 subjects (95 males, 99 females) rated words (nouns, adjectives, and verbs) according to their degree of valence, excitation/activation, and imagery. Statistically significant differences were found between the two sexes, as well as significant interactions (ANOVA) between gender and grammatical word-categories, and semantic dimensions of evaluation. As a consequence, more differentiated stimulus lists will be needed for future research.
