摘要
By acetone process, a series of aqueous polyurethane dispersions are synthesized from Toluene diisocyanate (TDI), Polyether diols (N220), 1,4-butanediol (BDO) and Dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). By analyzing the chemical component, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and testing mechanical property, different factors influence on the properties of emulsions and films are studied, specifically the influence of the ratio between-NCO and -OH (figure R) in prepolymer and the percent of DMPA. The results show that the emulsions and films have good performance when the ratio of NCO/OH is about 1.4 similar to 1.6 and the content of DMPA is 4 similar to 6 wt.%.
