The perspectives of the catalytic oxidation to the conversion of alternative organic raw materials, coal, and wood biomass (the synthesis of organic acids from coal and aromatic compounds from lignin, the gasification of carbon-containing materials, as well as the manufacture and bleaching of cellulose) are considered.
