The treatment of the lexicographical definition. Historiographical approximation

摘要：
The following research has a historiographical nature and aims to offer data about origin and evolution of definition used in the general dictionaries of Spanish, as well as a general perspective of its development. For its realization, two types of sources have been taken: metalinguistic texts (general dictionaries of Spanish) and specialized texts (manuals of philosophical logic). The analysis of this data will also allow us to draw additional conclusions about the development of lexicography as a scientific discipline.
