摘要
The development of a technique for experimental investigations of intramolecular charge transport is of great importance for molecular electronics. The development of a technique for experimental investigations of intramolecular charge transport is of great importance for molecular electronics. Semielectrics (semiconductors dielectrics) are polymer semiconductors with expected special dielectric properties determined by a new electronic phenomenon called the postulated local electrical conductivity of macromolecules. Since the semielectric problem is interdisciplinary, the surface capacitance of semiconductors was not taken into account as this quantity is unknown in the physics of dielectrics and attributed by us to the surface barrier polarization of grains in a pressed sample.
