摘要
This study mainly focused on real estate agency employees to investigate the effects of family-to-work conflicts, job involvement, job satisfaction and pay satisfaction on job performance. Large chain real estate agency employees were the subjects for a questionnaire on those topics, and a total of 400 questionnaires were sent out. 307 questionnaires were recovered successfully, for a valid sample rate of 76.75%. Empirical results showed that family-to-work conflicts had a significant negative impact on job satisfaction, job involvement had a significant positive impact on job satisfaction, job involvement had a significant positive impact on job performance, job satisfaction had a significant positive impact on job performance, and pay satisfaction would interfere with (strengthen) the positive impact of job satisfaction on job performance.
