"One Belt and One Road" strategy provides unprecedented opportunities for China's foreign trade development, as well as higher requirements on international economic and trade talents cultivation in colleges. In this paper, combined with the strategic needs, to women's colleges as the research platform, explore ways to strengthen college female talent training of international economy and trade.
