摘要：
Tests for alloimmune antierythrocytic antibodies in,the blood of donors, patients and pregnant Women were made using 460883 and 12000 samples, respectively. Incidence of immune samples among the-donors is relatively stable (0.5%, on the average) while it ranges from 1.4 to 10.7% among patients' and pregnant women's samples : Distribution of the antibodies by specificity was studied. Implication of "latent" antibodies in hemotransfusions is shown. Examination of blood samples from donors, Patients and pregnant women for alloimmune antibodies against erythrocytic antigens including latent is recommended. "Frequency of antired-cell blood samples" index is proposed for blood service.
