Delivery Credit Based Decision Model and Algorithm for Agile Supply Chain Scheduling

摘要
In an agile supply chain, delivery delay of part of subtasks often causes the whole order's tardiness. This paper studies how to reduce the risk of order tardiness by considering probability of delivery delay. A decision model based on delivery credit for agile supply chain scheduling is proposed. The model can satisfy requirements of lean production and adapt the conditions which information is incompletely share. Meanwhile, a heuristic method based on genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model. Numerical experiments are conducted to evaluate the validity of the model and its algorithm with different order urgency, order tardiness cost and supplier delivery credit..
