摘要
Zinc sulfide (ZnS) nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized using the ionic liquid 1-n-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([BMIM]center dot BF4) under irradiation of ultrasound at ambient temperature for 30min. The as-prepared particles were characterized through XRD, HRTEM, UV, and PL. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
