摘要
Artificial intelligent technology could be applied to welding real-time monitor and welding quality analysis. Taking the welding current and arc voltage as the information source,this paper designed a CO2 welding real-time monitor system. The system could deal with data acquisition,signal processing and real-time displaying, could identify automatically the interfere factors in the welding process and real-time monitor.
