摘要
Various models of parameters of the two-dimensional telegraph equation are presented. An expression for the surface capacity density C is given in the form of an integral of the inverse relative permittivity of the ionosphere with respect to the altitude. It is shown that the inductivity L is coupled with the sum of the matrix impedance of the ionosphere determined for the normal incidence on the level of the Earth's surface and the Earth's surface impedance by a standard relationship of the circuit theory for impedance and inductivity. Approximate expressions for the parameters L and C are obtained in terms of the ionospheric profiles of the anisotropic conductivity.
