Interventional EUS has expanded beyond drainage of pancreatic pseudocysts and into management of malignancies. EUS has the ability to access, drain, inject, and ablate tissue in a wide variety of lesions in the GI tract (Table 1). © 2009 American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
