In the fierce competitive market, the Chinese manufacturing business enterprise which regards the low labor force cost as advantage is facing more and more challenges. In respect that optimizing production logistics can help to realize balanced production, raise the production efficiency, reduce waste and speed up capital turnover, many manufacturing business enterprises have paid attention to production logistics. This article has taken business enterprise P as an example, describes the process of reformation in production logistics. There are four parts in this paper, in the first part, P company's production logistics flow is introduced; in the second part, the reformation in material flow is described; in the third part, the reformation in production logistics organization is described; in the fourth part, the characters of P and most Chinese enterprise is, generalized and the process of reformation in production logistics is concluded.
