摘要：

Based on the previous literatures and present situation of college & university graduates' employment in China, the paper proposed three hypotheses : the diversification of college & university students' employment expected values, the trend of multi-center in employment regions, the centralization of their occupation intentions. By means of the questionnaire survey, the paper has revealed some new trends and the hypotheses have been verified. Then, according to the new change of the college & university graduates' employment under the new times, the paper put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of governments, enterprises, universities, students.
