The specificity of moral speech in Kant's philosophy

The main aim of our paper is to show that the specificity of moral speech forces Kant to introduce an exposition model that does not properly fit into none of the two models presented by Kant in the 59th paragraph of the Critique of Judgment. Halfway through schema and symbol, the notion of typus serves as a mediating element between the moral law and each of its possible realizations.
