摘要
Service business requires excellent service to maintain its business and compete in the industry. However, not all service businesses are able to compete by assuring excellent service even though they have basic capital for it. Services are provided by employees. Many factors affect the development of service attitude of employees. Through desk study of existing theories and papers this research will examine the influence of Self Transcendence (ST) to service quality attitude of employees. While ST has been studied by many, no previous studies particularly on the influence of ST to service quality attitude of employees have been found. This article suggests that ST influences service quality attitude of employees. However further empirical study on this is still important to strengthen the argument.
