摘要
Focusing investigations on analysis method and principal stress factors of work-related stress in civil aviation personnel. Starting from different stress sources that involve social environment, operational environment, and individual psychology and technique stress factors is analyzed. Using the data that come from the questionnaire constructs the index system to evaluate work-related stress. Then utilizing factor analysis and principal component analysis obtain principal stress factors. According to the result, it can establish associated management policy to reduce the adverse effects of work-related stress.
