摘要：
This paper focuses on communication and social integration of adults with moderate mental retardation. Two projects form the basis for this presentation: TeleCommunity and VideoTelephony and Social Interaction, running from 1992-1999. The keywords today are participation and equal opportunities for all citizens in Europe, but the critical point is if we really mean for all or if some people still are excluded.
