摘要：
Teacher efficacy is an important factor of teaching result, is also the most important part of teacher professional development. This paper summarizes on researching teacher efficacy home and abroad, discusses the conclusion of researching teacher efficacy, which impact on influence of novice teachers or experienced teachers' professional development.
