On irrelevance of history of psychology and philosophy of science (a commentary on MS Guseltseva's article "Types of rationality as the basis for periodizing psychological knowledge")

The author argues irrelevance of periodizing the history of psychology on the basis of types of rationality reduced to the dialectic triad of thesis-antithesis-synthesis. The author uses specific facts from the history of associative psychology and behaviorism to prove that such periodizing does not reflect actual development of psychology.
