摘要
Ba1-xBix(Ti0.9Zr0.1)O-3 (x = 0.01, 0.02, 0.03, 0.04mol) ceramics were prepared by solid state reaction. XRD analysis indicates that the samples are tetragonal crystal structure and when x>0.03mol the second phase appeared. The grain size of ceramics decreased with the increase of x. The temperature dependence of dielectric constants at different frequencies show that the behavior of diffused phase transition existed, and x0.02mol exhibited typical relaxor ferroelectric characteristic. The relaxor characteristics were discussed using Lorenz formula.
