摘要
Rich dynamics can be achieved by spiking neuron circuit (SNC) with periodic base signal. In view of the existence of pulse-width of spiking, the influences of relative pulse-width (i.e. the ratio of pulse-width to the period of base signal) on both single spiking neuron and two pulse-coupled spiking neurons circuits (PCSNC) are investigated. Results show that the wider the pulse-width is, the more effects it has on the single SNC. Moreover, the existence of pulse-width can cause rich phenomena generated by PCSNC as well as alteration of parametric range of chaos and period, which can help to instruct the implementation of pulse-coupled neuron networks on chips.
