摘要
With the deepening of power market reforms, power sales companies have mushroomed throughout the country. The types of transactions that the power sales companies can participate in have also gradually increased, and a variety of service types such as contract power transfer transaction have also been added. Under this background, there are more and more uncertain factors in the market. Once the side of power sale is released, the situation in the transaction process will be very complicated, and the power market will face multiple risks. To this end, the operating mechanism of the power sales market must be studied as soon as possible. This article analyzes and summarizes the development history of the electricity market in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Northern Europe. Based on this, it proposes the inspiration of the foreign sales market development experience to the construction of China's electricity sales market, compares and analyzes the electricity market models of various countries, and finally some suggestions are put forward for the construction of China's electricity market.
