摘要：

Exhibition industry, an emerging industry, which plays an important role in tertiary industry of China like Hotel industry, greatly facilitates the development of Chinese national economy, forming industrial chains with many other industries. Hotel industry is of great importance to the exhibition industrial chain. It has realistic meaning to study the common development of exhibition and hotel industry. On the basis of analysis of interaction of exhibition and hotel industry, this paper intends to explore the common development mode of them and put forward some measures to facilitate their common development.
